About Anna Campbell

Anna Campbell is the winner of theĀ the 2023 Premier Sculpture Award at the New Zealand art show.

"I live on the western hills in Te Awa,  Kairangi, Lower Hutt and my pottery studio is part of a workshop also housing my sculptor husbands bronze casting foundry.

My ceramic work is predominantly wheel thrown and tends to favour simple forms and clean lines, with a muted colour palette. I like whoever uses my work to know that it is handmade, so I often leave my throwing lines in the clay and the gaps in the glaze where I held the cup while glazing. I use New Zealand clays and mix up my own glazes."

ApproximateĀ Dimensions:Ā 13cm High. 11.5cm Dia. 22cm High including handle

Please note with being a natural handmade product, size and colour variations will occur between pieces.Ā
