At Folklore Home Store, we want you to love your curation. If your piece isn't the perfect fit for your home, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
